6th Symposium on Circular Economy and Sustainability

The 6th Symposium on Circular Economy and Sustainability, that will be held between 16 and 18 June 2025 in Alexandroupolis, Greece, will provide an opportunity for stakeholders to discuss feasible and effective applications of circular economy principles for achieving a Sustainable Development.

The Symposium aims at bridging engineering, management and economic knowledge to support the effective advance of circular and sustainability principles bringing together the theoretical, practical, applied and managerial knowledge in order to produce efficient policies.

The School of Production Engineering and Management of Technical University of Crete, together with the Department of Environmental Engineering, Democritus University of Thrace, will support this interdisciplinary event.

SYMBIOREM will feature in the program with a presentation – result of the collaboration Imperial College London, GAIKER, and EHU/UPV – by George Tsalidis of Imperial College London on the Environmental impacts and costs of soil bioremediation.
